SETC 64th Annual Convention March 6-10, 2013, Louisville, KY

Over 4,000 actors, professional company representatives, design and technical professionals, theatre educators, students from universities and high schools, commercial exhibitors, university representatives, community theatre producers and participants – those who practice theatre as a vocation and those who hold it as their avocation – will gather for The Nation’s Largest Theatre Convention at the Galt House Hotel, Louisville, KY. 

Since 1949, SETC has been hosting an annual convention held each year during the first week of March. This is a theatre convention that HAS IT ALL! Participants can choose from a multitude of events and activities to find their niche or interest.

Stateside University Relations Director
Kali Quinn is a facilitator of creative discovery, innovative storytelling, and physical play. Kali teaches for Accademia dell’arte (Arezzo, Italy) as the Stateside University Relations Director and is a clown/mask instructor in the Brown University/Trinity Rep MFA Program. Kali has also taught movement for The Pearl Theatre Company, Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, University of Rochester, Emory, Bucknell, New England Center for Circus Arts, New England Youth Theater, Vermont Academy, MOTH Aerial Dance, and Grupo Galpao in Brazil. Kali has created two multimedia solo shows that have played throughout the US. She has also directed and performed with Padua Playwrights, PushPush Theatre, NY International Clown Festival, Dell’Arte Company, HERE Arts Center, Mississippi University for Women, and Clowns Without Borders in Guatemala. Kali serves on the board of the Network of Ensemble Theaters. Training: University of Rochester, MFA: Dell’Arte School of International Physical Theatre.
Kali Quinn teaches at Brown/Trinity Rep and as Stateside Faculty for Accademia dell'Arte. She has created two solo shows and devised, directed, performed or taught with: Williams College, Here Arts Center, Bucknell, Mississippi University for Women, Pearl Theatre Company, Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble, Duke, Emory, Celebration Barn, MIT, Boston University, Coastal Carolina, Clowns Without Borders & Grupo Galpao, Brazil.
